Just watched Julie and Julia last night, cause I was so bored with TV nowadays.
it's all over the news, Nazarudin. and his (former) political party, Democrat.
and you want to know what do I think about this case?
get lost.

btw, Julie and Julia makes me want to cook.
want to be a good mother for my future kids, and hubby of course :D
but..... I can't cook.
really, I really screwed when it's come to cooking.
and I hope that later in life, I could a a pro chef like my Mum. she knows her way in the kitchen, she helps me a lot..

anyway I'm in a good mood so I want to share my grilled cheese recipe here,
ingredients are simple, like breads (loaf is good), grated mozarella and cheddar, salt and pepper, butter (a lotttttt of butter, salted works well), diced tomato, shredded basil (optional).
so,
1. butter the bread, one side only. then grill it until it's brown.
2. put a generous amount (on the brown side) of grated mozarella and cheddar, tomato and basil, and mozarella-cheddar again, give em a pinch of salt n pepper, then topped with a bread.
3. preheat your skillet (flat recommended) melt some butter, and grill those gorgeous sandwiches.
4. when you cook this, make sure to cover this occasionally with your skillet's lid to make sure the cheese melted perfectly.
5. let it cool for a few seconds then cut it diagonally or as you wish.
believe me, if you put a generous amount of cheese, it'll taste like heaven.

grilled cheese is my only specialty aside of bruschetta :c
I can't even cook a rice.
Mommy says I shouldn't worry to much, I'll be better by time.

since I don't really in the mood for writing, I think that's a wrap.

xo, Fud.
